Ffion is a Category 3 Prosecutor and is a Member of Rape and Serious Sexual Offences panel.

She accepts instructions to represent both the Prosecution and Defence in respect of all criminal matters.

Ffion is qualified to accept instructions on a Public Access basis.

Recent cases, both reported and of interest:

Operation Jackdaw (2018) – Junior Counsel prosecuting drugs conspiracy.

Operation Finch (2018) – Junior Counsel prosecuting multi million pound drugs conspiracy.

Operation Zeus (2018) – Junior Counsel in 28 handed multi million pound drugs conspiracy in North Wales involving two sophisticated Organised Crime Groups.

Operation Ulysses (2017) – Junior Counsel prosecuting multi million pound conspiracies to supply Heroin, Cocaine, MDMA, Ketamine, Cannabis. This case involved over 30 Defendants and over 60,000 pages of evidence. Highest sentences imposed on a drugs gang in Wales totalling over 200 years.

R v KM [2018] – prosecuted at trial a youth charged with rape.

R v OO [2016] – defended at trial a man charged with rape and sexual penetration; acquitted.

Operation Yonside – drugs conspiracy.

Operation Measure – drugs conspiracy.
