Her family work includes all areas of children work, both private law and public law. Her practice takes her to a wide variety of different locations and has included cases in the High Court, involving removal from the jurisdiction and cases concerning the religious upbringing of children.

She is diligent, conscientious and is known for her through preparation of cases and has a good rapport with clients ensuring their views are properly represented.
Her criminal work includes all crown court work, both defence and prosecution.

Career History:

Clare completed pupillage at Linenhall Chambers and thereafter secured tenancy.
She also lectures on a freelance basis on the Bar Professional Training Course and Legal Practice Course at BPP University in Liverpool and Manchester. Subjects include; Conference, Family Law, Advanced Criminal Law, Advocacy.
