Brett’s practice covers both civil and criminal litigation. He enjoys a broad civil practice with particular interest in employment law matters, personal injury, landlord and tenant, probate and inheritance actions, clinical and professional negligence and private land law matters.

His criminal practice includes serious violence and drug related crime, and he has a particular interest in regulatory matters for local authorities.
