Linenhall Chambers Family Law Practice Group is an extremely busy and vibrant team of barristers practicing in all aspects of Family Law. Due to the high volume of work the group is looking to recruit a 3rd Six Pupil to start as soon as possible. Suitable candidates are likely to have already completed a pupillage that has either wholly or significantly focused on family law.
Linenhall Chambers is the only chambers with a single base in Chester. The Family Law group undertakes all aspects of Public and Private Family law, as well as related areas of work such as Court of Protection and Contested Probate matters, for a wide range of law firms, local authorities and direct access clients throughout North and Mid Wales, Cheshire, Merseyside, Staffordshire and Shropshire as well as nationally. The group has an excellent reputation and its members are highly regarded
The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate that they have developed their professional skills during their initial period of pupillage. They will have excellent advocacy skills, strong analytical skills and be able to produce excellent written advice. They will be able to demonstrate a real commitment to family law with a willingness to explore developing specialist areas of family law further
An offer of a Third Six pupillage would be with a realistic expectation of a tenancy being offered following a successful conclusion of this six-month pupillage.
